LSAT Self Prep

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Welcome to LSATSelfPrep.com (the "Site"), operated by LSAT Self Prep ("LSATSelfPrep," "we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario, Canada. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, tools, courses, questions, explanations, and other materials made available through it (collectively, the "Materials"), and any purchases you make.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Accounts

To access Full Access content, you must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lsatselfprep.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share your password or account access with any other person, and you may not access or use another user's account. We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if we determine your account credentials are being shared or used by more than one person.

2. Access Tiers and License to Use Materials

LSATSelfPrep offers a Free tier and a paid "Full Access" tier, sold in fixed-duration passes (currently 3, 6, and 12 months). Full Access is a one-time payment for time-limited access — it is not a recurring subscription, and your payment method will not be automatically charged again. Access to Full Access content automatically ends at the expiry of the purchased period unless you purchase a new access period.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Materials for your personal, non-commercial use in preparing for the LSAT. You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, resell, rent, lease, or share the Materials or your account access with any other person;
  • modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Materials;
  • use the Materials for any commercial purpose, including as part of any other test preparation product or service;
  • use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or extract the Materials.

Any breach of this section will result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, without refund.

LawHub Advantage Requirement. Access to LSAT materials on the Site always requires an active LSAC LawHub Advantage subscription linked to your account, regardless of your Full Access status. If your LawHub Advantage subscription lapses or is not active, you will not be able to access LSAT materials — even if you have remaining time on a paid Full Access period. It is your responsibility to maintain an active LawHub Advantage subscription for the full duration of the Full Access period you purchase. We are not responsible for, and will not refund, any loss of access to LSAT materials caused by a lapsed or inactive LawHub Advantage subscription.

3. Payment, Pricing, and No Refunds

All prices are listed in USD or CAD as displayed at checkout and are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including for unused portions of an access period, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@lsatselfprep.com and we will review the issue in good faith.

We may change our pricing at any time; changes will not affect access periods you have already purchased.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes. If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first at support@lsatselfprep.com before disputing the charge with your card issuer or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, or filed without valid cause, are a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund. We maintain records of account activity (including logins and content accessed) and may use this information to contest disputed charges.

LSAC LawHub Advantage subscriptions are required by LSAC in order to use LSAT materials on the Site and are refundable only if they have not been activated.

4. LSAT Content and LSAC Relationship

All actual LSAT® content reproduced within this work is used with the permission of Law School Admission Council, Inc., (LSAC®) Box 40, Newtown, PA 18940, the copyright owner. LSAC does not review or endorse specific test-preparation materials, companies, or services, and inclusion of Licensor Content within this work does not imply the review or endorsement of LSAC. 5. No Guarantee of Results

LSATSelfPrep provides study materials, practice questions, explanations, and related guidance for LSAT preparation. We make no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the results you will achieve, including any specific LSAT score, improvement in score, or admission to any law school. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and preparation. Your use of the Materials is at your own risk.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • harass, abuse, or harm another person;
  • impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks, including through viruses, bots, or denial-of-service attacks;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other user accounts, or related systems.

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for licensed LSAC content and any third-party content identified as such, all Materials, text, graphics, logos, course content, video, and software on the Site are the property of LSATSelfPrep or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use LSATSelfPrep's name, trademarks, or branding without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as payment processors or email providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LSATSELFPREP AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY OUTCOME RELATING TO YOUR LSAT SCORE OR LAW SCHOOL ADMISSION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LSATSelfPrep and its owner, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14) will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
